Delete your Pratham Pranam account
This page explains how to delete your account in Pratham Pranam, the children's app of Sanatan Dharma stories, mantras and aartis, and what happens to your data.
Delete in the app
1. Open Pratham Pranam and go to the Parent area.
2. Tap Settings, then Account.
3. Tap Delete everything, read the list and tap Continue.
Your account is erased from our servers straight away. Deletion needs an internet connection.
A subscription is cancelled in the store, not in the app. Cancel it in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions (or in your Apple ID settings on iPhone and iPad), otherwise the store keeps charging you.
Delete without the app
Use the form at the top of this page: sign in with the email you use for Pratham Pranam, enter the code we email you, and confirm. Your account is erased straight away.
If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, or you cannot get the code, email support@prathampranam.com with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm it is your account, delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.
What we delete
- Your family account and sign-in details
- Every child's profile
- All progress and rewards
- Settings, reminders and consents
- Notification tokens for your devices
- Our record of your purchases
What we keep, and for how long

| Usage statistics | Only as totals that cannot identify anyone |

| Backups | Overwritten within 4 weeks, so deleted data leaves backups by then |
